Monthly AOOP Coaching Call
Our monthly AOOP Coaching Call is held online on Zoom the third Saturday of the month.
This is a forum for members to discuss, learn, support and coach each other on all things related to organizational and occupational psychiatry.
We want, and need, to hear from you as our organization grows and develops. When we gather over the next six months to discuss cases and mental health issues in the world of work, we will be dedicating time to get input from our members on future directions for psychiatry in the workplace. Current topics include:
- Employee mental health in remote work
- Dealing with charged ideological topics
- Ongoing cases and challenges in our own practices
